Progression Update

Updated Progression & Difficulty:
- Dice now have rarities, which dictate their price and how often they appear in the shop.
- Level Targets are now pre-set and are not calculated.
New Dice Added:
- Blessed Die: +1x Multiplier for each die of a matching dice roll
- Cursed Die: +3x Multiplier if not matching any die roll.
- Copy Left/Right Die: Copies the Roll value and suit of the die to the left or the right.
New Menu Options:
- Run Info: See your current Run Info. Now also includes high score saving
- Settings: Turn Sound on/off and speed control on scoring
- Dice Collection: TBD, will eventually show all dice available in the game.
