This is the first pass on the In-Game Tutorial. It covers: Rolling, Qualifying, Scoring, Upgrades, and Buying Dice.

Also, a new die type has been added: Deck of Cards. It will pull a random playing card. Aces can be used to qualify as a 1, or score as an 11.
