New Dice Types added that scale as your progress:

- Ripper Die: +1x For each Off-The-Rip triggered this run
- Interest Die: +1x for every 2,000 Coins earned this run.
- Boss Die: +1x for every boss defeated this run.
(All three of these can also be suited.)
